This is the class where I get to play, stretch, bond and exercise with my youngest, and I love it. Not only do I get to train myself and connect with my little one, but I don’t have to find childcare; which I know is a barrier to a lot of young mums when they are going back to exercise.
It really is true that the little ones learn by watching, the number of times the little ones copy the adults is amazing. It is such a great example for them and creates great habits for the future.
This is probably my favourite time of the week in such a nurturing, bonding, supportive environment. Being able to watch the little ones’ development is incredible.
