I trained in Fitness Pilates in 2018. Having taught Clubbercise and other high impact classes for some time, I wanted to teach a slower paced, low impact workout promoting increased mobility, strength and relaxation – adding variety for my clients.

I have fallen in love with this class, I see the enjoyment and progression my clients get out of it. Some have gone from not being able to do basic exercises to now being able to master more advanced versions. I always start the classes at beginner level adding more complex movements for experienced clients. My classes are online so you can do it from your own home. I did originally teach face to face, but during Covid I took my classes online and the class have wanted to stay there as there is no travel, it’s convenient and there’s no need for babysitters. I still present face to face at relaxation retreats across the county.  If you want to stretch, mobilise and strengthen in a supportive group, I’d love to see you there!
